An ERP, a collaborative EPM and two websites: all developed with AI, all running in production on my own server.
Finance teams spend their lives inside tools designed by someone else. Since 2025 I've been doing the opposite: when the tool is missing, I build it. Not mock-ups: deployed applications with a database, backups, HTTPS and real users.

An ERP organized in modules that follow the company's flow: CRM and acquisition, sales cycle, accounting (the same O2C, P2P and R2R processes I steer on the business side every day), plus a business plan module projecting revenue, costs, payroll and financing over three years. Excel/CSV imports, exports, PDF generation, multi-user management.
It's the project that best illustrates my conviction: the person who knows the business process is best placed to specify the tool. AI does the rest; I know exactly what an FP&A professional expects from every screen.

A platform in three modules. PI 14, a collaborative budgeting EPM: budget, actuals and re-forecast at monthly granularity across multiple years, a 4-level budget structure, a validation workflow between the FP&A team and 13 departments, a discussion thread per department, and a full audit trail. Sigma 67, an operational knowledge base: documented processes, WYSIWYG editor, review workflow, glossary, roadmap. Omega 88, a cost-of-risk module built for a financial services company: provisions, contract tracking, termination indemnities.
In other words: the replacement for the budget spreadsheet that travels by email, designed by someone who spent years inside it.

Deliberately the opposite of the others: no framework, no database, no JavaScript. HTML and CSS served by nginx. Choosing the right tool also means knowing when the simplest one is enough.

The method
All of these projects are developed in tandem with AI (Claude): I bring the business knowledge, the specification and the quality bar; AI brings the execution speed. Everything runs on a VPS I administer (systemd services, nginx reverse proxy, certificates, backups). Understanding the whole chain, from business need to server, is what lets me judge what AI can genuinely bring to a finance department; my convictions here.
